E-commerce Marketing Specialist

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Working in tandem with senior management; create and roll out engaging marketing
campaigns to our scope of services (SoS)
• Own and deliver on all marketing metrics, demonstrating your ability to model return on
services
• Develop sales functions to expand our services and outreach; thus increasing user
engagement
• Collaborate with management to identify essential marketing work streams
• Lead a scalable digital marketing program; researching how to effectively target new and
existing clients
• Stay ahead of industry trends in order to identify consumer interest, competitor offerings,
and target audiences for both the business and our client base
• Develop and execute sales campaigns with cross-functional teams based on inventory
levels, client schedules, and annual marketing budget
• Manage new product roll-outs across all all social media platforms (both client and DRM)
such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Facebook with direct oversight of e-commerce
sales channels
• Establish direct relationships with relevant social, advertising and media outlets to
promote DRM and client updates, products, features, etc.
• Develop SMS/Email marketing flow with both client and customer facing copy
• Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance through ROI, customer behavior
and conversion rate.
HOW TO KNOW YOU’RE SUCCESSFUL
• You develop and consistently hit KPIs and metrics to improve traffic across all
e-commerce platforms
• Improve our brand marketing flows as early as 90 days
• Established long-term relationships with relevant internal and external customers
• You are an independent, self-starter.
• You establish trust with cross functional teams and are seen as a go-to person
WHAT YOU BRING
• 3+ years of merchandise marketing
• Exceptional knowledge of all major social media platforms
○ Facebook/Meta Business Suite Experience (campaigns, conversions and pixel
metrics) a strong plus
• Google Ad Suite Experience (working knowledge of Google shopping and configuration,
Google Ads)
• Solid understanding of marketing automation platforms (Email and SMS marketing)
• SEO experience (directly or indirectly implementing website improvements)
• Familiarization with mobile image and video formats for optimization
• Excellent communications skills with the ability and desire to communicate openly and
respectfully
• Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Instagram Shop, Bandsintown, etc
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

APPLICANT EXPERIENCE

• Annual salary ($65,000-$70,000) USD
• 10 Holidays per year
