- We will aim to get these shipped within the given timeframe and will let customers know of any production delays that may occur.
- If you purchase other items in the same order as any pre-order items, the entire order will be sent out when the pre-order item is ready.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@downrightmerch.com or start your return at http://www.downrightmerch.com/pages/return-center to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Please include a note requesting a new size or refund for the item(s) as well as have the ORDER NUMBER WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. Failure to do so may delay processing time., then mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
