WHO YOU ARE
You have a strong ability to meticulously craft and manage engaging product listings via Shopify marketplace. You consider yourself to be proactive and a highly professional communicator. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and understand that meeting changing industry and stakeholder needs is necessary in any start-up.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Collaborating closely with many areas of the client services team, you will be responsible for incoming client requests for new products and webstore adjustments. This role requires the ability to seamlessly integrate various internal systems, including inventory management and ShipStation, to ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Manage product inventory and listings within Shopify's backend.
• Create detailed item listings, including MSRP, SKUs, shipping weights, product types, categories, and collections.
• Develop and curate Shopify marketplaces that captivate and convert customers.
• Monitor and ensure smooth operation of live product launches and app integrations.
• Integrate and synchronize data across multiple internal systems, including inventory management and ShipStation.
• Oversee the design, overhaul, and creation of DRM collections.
• Perform routine Shopify maintenance to uphold optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Configure Soundscan reporting integrations and verify data accuracy.
• Capture product photographs for listings and promotional materials.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• The ability to understand and effectively address the business needs of e-commerce clients.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, SEO principles, and online advertising tactics.
• Proficiency in utilizing Shopify APIs and integrating third-party applications.
• Strong grasp of e-commerce best practices, including product management,
• inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Capability to design and customize Shopify themes to reflect brand aesthetics and enhance user experience.
• Experience using graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Proficient in analytics tools to monitor and analyze store performance metrics.
• Ability to derive actionable insights from data analysis and make strategic recommendations.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering results within deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Dedication to staying updated with the latest Shopify updates, trends, and industry best practices.
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE
• Proficiency with MacOS and G-Suite applications
• 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce, with a specific focus on Shopify
• Experience in domain management
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on client services

Creative Manager

SUMMARY OF ROLE
As Creative Manager, you’ll lead our in-house creative department, guiding art direction, content,performance creative and brand design. The ideal candidate is a hands-on creative leader who enjoys ideating and executing high performing consumer experiences. Your core superpower lies in your exceptional visual skills and creativity. You have strong foundational experience with ecommerce as you will creatively lead DRM and our clientele across brand strategy and content.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Lead, inspire and mentor a team of creative associates
• Own and deliver on all creative initiatives while encouraging the team to push creative boundaries
• Collaborate closely with marketing and account management teams to ensure alignment on overall business strategy
• Design and Execute:
• Develop and implement strategies for marketing merchandise, tours, and e-commerce, while remaining aligned with the client’s vision
• Create and oversee production of design spreads that captivate audiences
• Proactively seek out new designers to incorporate into our network
• Curate design spreads for clients utilizing a healthy mix of in-house and in-network designers
• Lead a scalable creative program; researching how to effectively target new and existing clients
• Stay ahead of industry trends for both the business and our client base
• Work strategically to achieve top-line revenue goals within the Creative Department, balancing creative improvements with financial success. Identify and develop strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities
• Establish direct relationships with clients as the primary POC
• Demonstrate strong communication by being highly engaged from design conception to completion
WHAT YOU BRING
• Requirement: 5+ years of creative experience with a minimum of 2 years designing merchandise for retail and a minimum of 1 year in a leadership capacity
• Exceptional knowledge of merchandise and/or entertainment design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
• Proven success in managing and developing high-performing creative teams
• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and products to effectively market them to diverse audiences
