We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Receiving Manager to join our team and oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse receiving department.
Receiving Manager - Music Media Division
As the Receiving Manager for our Media Division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless handling and storage of physical media, such as music LPs, CDs, and cassettes. You will lead a team of Inventory Handlers, ensuring that all incoming deliveries are received and processed accurately and efficiently. Safety, teamwork, and communication are paramount in this role, as you work in tandem with the Operations Manager and Leadership Team to maintain a well-organized and productive warehouse environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Manage Receiving Team: Lead and supervise a team of 2-3 Inventory Handlers in day-to-day receiving operations while keeping growth and scalability in mind at all times.
• Delivery Oversight: Ensure all incoming deliveries are attended to promptly and accurately, verifying contents against purchase orders, are put away in designated areas, and time-sensitive products are locked down for later release.
• Safety Assurance: Maintain a safe and compliant warehouse space by implementing and enforcing
safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager: Work closely with the Operations Manager and Warehouse Team
to ensure optimal staffing, scheduling, employee evaluations, payroll approval, and vendor relations are
being addressed in tandem with the big picture.
• Inventory Control: Maintain and train effective inventory control procedures, including tracking, organizing,
and maintaining accurate records of all media items received. This also includes proven storage
techniques and a familiarity with warehouse racking and equipment.
• Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members, promoting continuous improvement in receiving processes.
Preferred (but not required): Forklift certification, OSHA certification, experience with Shopify and ShipStation.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
• Strong background in inventory control and material handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using technology and software related to warehouse operations.
• Ability to take ownership of process improvement related to business needs.
• Familiar with warehouse racking and equipment.

Creative Associate
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Associate to join our Creative team. The Creative Associate will be responsible for assisting in the creation and editing of various design assets, including product mocks and print tech packs. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential for this role, experience with Acrobat is a plus. Additionally, strong time management and multitasking skills, along with the ability to use task management software like Asana, are crucial in ensuring the efficient execution of projects. Effective communication across multiple departments is vital, as the Creative Associate will collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Design and Illustration: Create professional product mocks for client approval, e-commerce listings, and production use.
• Tech Packs: Develop print tech packs that adhere to industry standards and guidelines,
citing correct pantone callouts and sizing dimensions.
• Task Management: Use task management software, such as Asana, to organize and prioritize design projects,
ensuring they are completed on time.
• Multitasking: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, effectively managing workloads and deadlines.
Must be able to pivot quickly between multiple projects and accomplish tasks on tight timelines.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely through clear communication via in person or Slack with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce, account management, and production, to meet design project requirements and timelines.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all design work, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Adobe Experience: Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat software for tasks such as editing and PDF creation.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of design assets by reviewing and proofreading materials before finalizing. Confirm assets comply with requirements for production and are in the correct formats.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and design best practices
to continuously improve skills.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
• 1 Year Experience in graphic design or creative design
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite products including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with other departments.
• Problem-solving skills to address issues related to assets or production capabilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Staff Accountant
We have an exciting opportunity to join our company as our Staff Accountant. In this role you’ll be responsible for all daily accounting tasks as detailed below.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Maintain and update accounting records and files
• Performs A/P duties including processing and organizing records of invoices and bills.

Screen Printing Operator
• We are looking for hard working, detail-oriented, candidate to run our automatic printing press. The candidate should have 1 - 3 years of basic screenprinting experience, either on a manual or automatic press. You must have a working knowledge of printing, screen set up. Pay rate is dependent on candidate's experience and availability.

Screen Print Shop Help
Full-Time: 7:30am - 4:00pm (M - F)
Screen Printing Shop Associate
Print Shop Helper will work with the Press Operator and Assistant in pulling, counting and boxing orders. Prep job is to unbox and count every order before the job is started. When the order is completed, it moves to the Finishing job to get a final count and box up the order for shipping.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for Role:
The Prep/Finisher is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
• Doing what’s asked by the Production Manager and Press Operator.
• Read the entire Purchase Order
• Pull product and inventory it before the job goes to press.
• Help press operator in any way to help get jobs out the door.
• Check imprint quality and inform press operator of any issues.
• Try to fix any misprinted items if possible.
• Bulk pack in bundles of 12 and box unless otherwise directed by PO (Individual fold, bag and tag).
• Close out, pack and move orders to the appropriate shipping location.
• Write the names on PO of the team members: press operator, Press Assistant and the screen printing assistant (catcher at end of dryer).
