Production Assistant Position
Assist production manager with order entry, purchasing blanks for new orders, and any other production related needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Build and create new Purchase Orders in our inventory management system, Finale.
• Coordinate purchasing & delivery of blanks across all lines of production
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail while placing orders, ensuring all information is entered correctly and matches corresponding art files & print requests from Account Managers
• Ability to help plan PO delivery – whether directly to Down Right Merchandise’s warehouse facility in Methuen, MA or drop shipped to venues/facilities nationwide
• Some departmental crossover tasks assigned as needed
Necessary Skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work be in the office Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM
• Must work efficiently and be able to multitask, handling multiple projects simultaneously and knowing which to prioritize first.
• Great time management skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced, deadline driven environment is essential.

• Exhibits effective communication skills.

• Basic understanding and comfort with Mac OS
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED is required. Associates, or bachelor’s preferred
• Prior merchandise and retail production experience encouraged, but not required

Creative Associate Position
Assist clients with either designing their vision from scratch or downloading their logos, to create production ready artwork in our Methuen based shop.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Create eye catching graphics and engaging designs for clients using Creative Suite.
Produce factory ready art files for pre-press and be able to adapt designs to fit production requirements.
Demonstrates strong customer service skills, with the ability to understand clients needs, production restraints, and make necessary adjustments on the fly.
Proof art to clients and make necessary edits. Responds quickly and respectfully with revisions and updates.
Some departmental crossover tasks assigned as needed.

Customer Service Representative Position
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of the Down Right Merchandise team. Our primary customers are passionate music industry fans, you will be the connecting piece between them and our team.The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to emails, managing customer service issues, occasionally answering the phone, and processing order updates for customers. You will work closely alongside the Customer Service Manager, who will assist you and help provide direction.The ideal candidate will need to possess a positive attitude and be customer satisfaction oriented, have strong communication skills, and enjoy talking to people daily. This is a great office based position for someone who likes working alongside other departments to resolve issues as a team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Responding to Customer emails (Order inquiries/updates, Order edits, Order cancellations, Address changes, etc.)-
• Updating Orders in Shopify & Shipstation (Adding/Removing items, updating shipping addresses, processing order cancellations/refunds)
• Making sure all order edits transfer correctly to our inventory system (Working in Finale Inventory to be sure everything is updated correctly)- Sending mass email updates to customers regarding Manufacturing/Shipment delays (Handled primarily by the Customer Service Manager)
• Answering the office phone (Customers reaching out, occasional office operational calls)
• Emailing Customers to notify them about Out of Stock items & offer alternatives (Pre-Orders received w/ Shortages, Inventory processing errors, etc.)
• Emailing Customers to notify them about Invalid Shipping Addresses received (Reaching out prior to shipment to confirm Shipping Addresses when they are flagged as invalid)
• Processing Return/Exchange/Returned To Sender shipments received at the office (Contacting customers for reshipment options, processing refunds, processing exchanges)
• Collaborate with E-Commerce/Production/Inventory departments to resolve issues. (Open ability to work with others, maintaining Interdepartmental communication)
• Communicating with Customer Service Manager & Account Managers on commonly seen customer complaints/issues (Indicating repeat emails received regarding the same issue, working with all departments to resolve)
